    Black Rock short-term requirements per John De Vries on 12/04/24:

    1 - Posco to go binding on the $40mil - expects this to happen in "not too distant future".

    2 - Complete loan documentation - multiple entities (see announcements) in loan syndicate.
    Need to agree to same Ts & Cs e.g. interest rates, debt reserve accounts etc.

    3 - Sell off little bit of holding to bring in a partner. Interest coming from experienced mid-tier companies as well as larger funds.
