Interesting intervieq with JDV on money makers which i found on twiter.

Throughout the interview it was discussed as if its pritty much 100% done from a posco $40mil investment in exchange for shares.

Can Posco take up more than a 20%? Or there a legal rwgulation stopping this?

If they did invest 40mil us for an additional 10% holdings on top of the 10% they currwntly hold, it would be around 150mil shares as 38cents.

also he discusaed bringin a a partner through black rocks uk holding company. Can anyone explain this a bit better and how it would work dilutiin wise etc.
