Milk will become a luxury item because of climate change.......news 24 this morning.... Extreme weather events where temperatures rise to 40c....can reduce milk taken from stressed cows by 40%...one answer would be to milk cows in air conditioned sheds. There have been milk shortages in queensland because of floods and last week shortages in WA due to extreme heat??????
