    GDT milk futures launched on Friday - Fonterra said its opening price for the following season would be $4.25. They traded 10 cents above on the first day and is now 4.50 bid. Indicating to me that traders are bullish on milk forecasts. Its not very liquid, but its worth keeping an eye on.
