tbh mate i think all the estimates are quite safe then is a lot of potential value we could gain from
#1 bigger resource size
#2 gold price (currently breaking out) wouldn't be surprised if we were at 3k USD by the time we start production
hyper inflation is perfect for us as capital will be easy to get and we are mining the inflation proof asset.
All imo not financial advice but this thing if no complete catastrophe occurs will be a winner
