Unfortunately, I believe Oz Min. will be the loser,not Min Met. as a result of the mill outage at Golden Grove.
Oz would be entitled to production up to the date of settlement and would be required to hand over equipmentin good working order. Could you imagine Madeuspoor not ensuring that this happens. I would also be surprised if he had arranged " Loss of production (profit) insurance" in view of his incredible laxity with Hedging (IE the lack of it)in the leadup to OZ's problems.
I hope I'm wrong what do you think???
