Lavo, I have thought the same, but hace corrected it in line with comments made by others.
However I think the issue of loss of production will be minimal to OZL as OZ: will probably only be entitled to sales made before settlement and not production. Sales will probably come from material already produced.
Do agree that OZL probably will be required to fix the problem to hand over the mine in "working condition" at settlement.
I suspect the impact on OZL will be small in the scheme of things.
