    Actually I think it is an OZL issue. The MM deal won't be consumated for a few weeks which will be when GG comes back online.

    May mean no more cash flow from GG for OZL

    OZL will have repaired the problem by then and incurred the cost and will give MM a nice present.

    Further evidence of OZL having the curse of bad timing.
