    HRZ has two choices, merge with a good producer and let them take care of all the mining and processing, or do it themselves.

    Ashok is well known and respected in Kalgoorlie and will probably recruit a good team, but they have to be to make it work.

    If good enough, you can refurbish in-house and see it through to production.
