Sorry for repeating but I can't help. Ex-POS holders still hold 30% of all you mentioned and forgot to mentioned. Plus 30% of 1.8M ounces of gold, silver, etc etc. I think Ex-POS got the better or best deal, hope they all can be happy. The combined entity is definitely the winner, the SP tells all the story.
