For what its worth I went for a walk to well get Pizza, but Dominoes is located in the Millennium Boulevard complex across the road from Carindale which I believe they purchased a few years ago for expansion plans. I noticed that it is quiet empty compared to almost full Carindale. It only has A Dominoes A dentist, two councillors (govt client) and the reset is empty. This leads me to one of two conclusions of which the first is more probable
(1) - The tennants have taken the opportunity to move into the main cetnre and its a general slow covid recovery story as per everywhere else (2) - Are management running down all the leases so that they can develop it. I note also that the main sign board has been stripped, including of those tennants that are left.
Again, probably just 1, but hope its 2, I should check the BBC development applications over that lot on plan.
