Stephen Miller is no longer a director - that's a very positive announcement for this stock - his termination pay with SBM must have also been settled.
Looks like a cheap gold stock to me - producing 100k ozs/pa from May05 for at least five years - market cap $40mil - they've said cash costs will be $A305 and they shouldn't have to borrow too much for the CapEx and no more share dilution.
