Seems that regularly smearer Milligan is being sued for defamation again - this time for one of her defamatory tweets about Dr Andrew Laming. Unfortunately the ABC is picking up her legal tab though I’m not sure why. Milligan’s smear was using her personal twitter platform.
It would have been nice if she was up for the costs which would have made her sweat.
Milligan now has form in being sued for defamation...
