Does anyone know the latest on the $1.1m loan KPO underwrote to SSNE from the EAB? The co has repeatedly raised prospect that proceeding may be initiated against it due to SSNE' non-payment. I feel KPO management is being 'less than forthcoming' with its shareholders on this issue. SSNE is a billion dollar company. They wouldn't hold out for no good reason. Is there some sort of disagreement between KPO, SSNE and/or Sinopec happening in the background that we're not privy too?
