What I mean is, it's a problem if SSNE defaults on its million dollar loan to EAB because Kalina is their loan guarantor

That disclosure was made in the HY (and prior to that too) I was interested to know if anyone knew why SSNE had not repaid the money (because they don't have it or because of some other contractual dispute etc?) and when any future decision points might occur

Some people got angry because I raised the issue but that's ridiculous. I use this forum as a means of information exchange. No one should expect others to promote the company or avoid certain uncomfortable topics just to attract new investors and juice up the SP.

The company will prosper or languish on the basis of its tech and business model. It's not our job to hand out flyers to passer-bys on the company's behalf
