My question (not even a concern because I honestly don't know the answer to this) is what if SSNE are refusing payment not because they lack funds but because of a contractual dispute or other form of disagreement.

KPO Management (as always) have been extremely careful and sparing with their disclosure on this issue. They tell us the minimum required under disclosure law

Based on their previous history of disclosure, do you think they deserve the benefit of the doubt? Have KPO bulls that gave management the benefit of the doubt in the past prospered or suffered from having done so?
