What the AGM voting did show was that over 8 million voted against the resolutions, who we could safely say are disillusioned and angry shareholders. This equates to over 5% of shares the amount required I believe to instigate a 249D as RedemP suggested on 20/2.
In the absence of any further information forthcoming to shareholders from the AGM by Brett or the chairman on any plans for 2012 maybe that is the way to go. I don't consider a slideshow which is a duplicate from the quarterly and contains no message outlining THX proposed exploration or drilling plan for 2012 to be information. Also only a handful of people would have been at the AGM to know what was going on what about the other hundreds of shareholders. If it hadn't been for some of the posters here on HC we still wouldn't know. How can we make informed decisions about this company if we aren't informed.
