Thanks Kkkw for the more detailed response. Don't disagree although also I think you're exagerting the doom and gloom scenario for Sezzle. If they were going to go bankrupt in 6 months then why on earth would zip step in and save them? Why not let them go bankrupt first? If you're right, then this has got to be one of the worst takeovers in history.
There's always risk and reward. Based on current discount, if you were going to buy anyway, then I'd buy SZL (and consider trading in my zip for szl)
