Does anyone know who gets or who pays the mil now
that Santa Maria recently sold it's intrest in Atzam?
Is it Lar that had to pay SM?
Is this the reason for delay?
"a cash payment of US$1,000,000 to Santa Maria Petroleum Inc (formerly Quetzal Energy Ltd and previous operator of the Projects) in respect of the balance of acquisition cost payable on spudding of the second well or a seismic program is initiated, whichever occurs first"
