It is human to compare

I am often caught
being unaware
There are beautiful people
who brighten up your day
A simple word or gesture
seems to radiate your way
There are ugly people
Feeding on insecurity
Faults, mistakes their delight
they seize upon with glee
But no mirror to the ugly
reflecting what others see
Still there is the choice
So who do you want to be?
