Fingermark - in regards to the cap raising, from a venture capitalist's opinion, a placement will be made with sophisticated investors not a spp for shareholders. I was thinking of accumulating for the very reason of benefiting from a spp in the near future but was advised that this will be very unlikely.
Hopefully I'm wrong as I would certainly participate in such an offer.
