Why should one be punished because they area they live in has now become fashionable?
I know an old dear that has lived in Northcote ( Vic ) all her life, she dosn't want to shift but rates and taxes are forcing her out of the area, she originaly bought there coz it was the only place she could afford, no - one wanted to live there, now it's yuppiesville.
