redal: Drilling off-shore SENEGAL by themselves would be a terrible decision in my opinion. IF drilling by themselves - and relatively cheaply - is what they wanted to do, they could drill the part of L6 that is on-shore (even though that part is NOT the most prospective part of L6). I sincerely hope they do have better ideas on how to use those extra funds coming in! We shall know fairly soon, I assume. wasa
