I agree wasa. it would be a waste of funds. What he's most likely doing is making sure he has enough funds for their share of any drilling off Guinnea Bissau. I think it was a throw away line and I might not have remembered it accurately as it was reported from a comment made at one of the FAR meetings. It would be suicidal for FAR to drill an offshore well on its own.I doubt if they'd be any where near ready for wells off east Africa at this stage.
