Maybe there was extra water vapour in the atmosphete that exacerbated the flooding...? We can't really rule it in or out I guess.
Can't you guys accept that weather happens?
A NORMAL (for that time of the year) monsoonal low, parked itself over Rollingstone for abt 8 hours. Being south we copped unrelenting rain all night. It never sounded excessive, it just rained too long.
