I would imagine that they are regretting fitting the Chinese tyres to their trucks & heavy vehicles.
Apparently it’s the reason for so many of their trucks getting stuck. They deflate the tyres to get through mud & then the sidewalls are splitting. Abandoning $15m rocket launchers to the Ukrainians because they cheaped out on tyres.
