I think Milo will probably wear his media take down like a badge of honour.
Irrespective of what he did or didn't say, the issue is that people can lose their entire career or business by someone falsely yelling sexist / racist / homophobe / bigot / etc. These terms need a clear legal definition, and using them as a weapons (ie without just cause) should open people up for defamation.
