He actually discredits his own position.
He is right to say statistically that more white people are killed by police. The 2017 figures confirm this; 392 white people to 191 black people killed by police. The part that is glaringly missing, is that there are five times as many white people in America compared to black people. Which ultimately means that a black person is 2.5 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than a white person.
He is also wrong in his assumption that people are more likely to be killed by lightning strikes than police. NOAA puts fatalities by lightning strikes it at 40-50 per year for the last 20 years.
