    should read the article in the fin review on page 20.They mention the 1.76 offer will be debated at a board meeting but adds "its apparently not true".

    Maybe the board could let the market judge by acepting the takeover offer as is ,as I doubt there are no other companies out there willing to bid.

    Lets get on with it as it is as exciting as watching the grass grow
