TrueBear ... while I agree with you that OSH and LHG rate highly in the takeover stakes, I would not be too quick to write MIM off.
Globalisation is the name of the game in the big end of town mining stakes ...WMC is another obvious target ... and MIM with its burgeoning coal assets could well attract the likes of RIO or some other overseas predator .... maybe even BHP ... who knows?
But, I think it is certainly one to watch.
