In any case comparing MinRes to a case study like a REIT or a Centro (gearing against Commercial property) is meaningless
Two entirely different industries
The differences are immense
MinRes = productive growth
Property = non productive (hardly any) "growth"
The current CBA highs are a farce as lending and exposure to a residential property bubble - yet "investors" are paying near on 25X earnings! For that (non) growth and here we are now with MinRes now trading on?
Less now than that!
With all the future productive growth upside

No hard feelings. But what you say adds nothing because (being a "non" holder) as in "skin in the game" means everything as an investor
