Well the point I am making is this
It's easy being an expert investor sitting on the sidelines making pot shot opinions without any skin in the game
Its another thing entirely committing hard earned capital trying to grow personal wealth against the ravages of inflation
Since when was CBA a growth story at a P/E of 25!?
Anything can happen -
Who can predict the futrue?
The domestic property market might collapse and lithium and iron ore might roar bext few years (say due to India or S/E Asia ) for all I know
