Man, they have worded the scheme soooooo very carefully (over long time, appears long before me and you know or could even suspect there are talks going on) ... surprised you are suggesting we should not overthink it.

IMO opinion i think AGO's tax offsets of $500m are going to kill the TO script as not in shareholders interests and be either

1) recommended no by the independent expert
or
2) ASIC cancel the take over

there is too much rubbish going on with directors misconduct in general at the moment for ASIC to ignore this TO script.
i dont want Atlas to be taken over by anyone and im here for the long haul!
cant wait for a decent BOD to steer us in the right direction.
