Could be the possible reason. Or as suggested, it could be that the Lithium business is about to be spun off to the U.S which may have either not suited him or there would have been a demotion coming.
Interesting few weeks ahead. If they are going to spin off you would think we would hear something imminently. Global markets may not allow that to happen though. IPO market is incredibly weak right now.
