JV partner ALB announced closing of its acquisition of the Qinzhou lithium hydroxide conversion facility that will ramp up to a 25 kTPA capacity. I SPECULATE that MIN will buy a 50% stake in this facility. And, while I am speculating, I believe formal closing of this facility is what was holding up MIN and ALB finalizing and formally announcing the revised terms of the joint venture agreement that will see MIN gaining 10% more ownership of Wodgina and a 50% stake in conversion facilities to be built by the joint venture in Asia (hopefully in Australia of course).
In other words, I kind of expect an announcement from MIN in the not too distant future...
