A good read from the MIN annual report, shows some intent;

Let alone this snippet here;
But we've just ordered a our first major plant component, and two more to come shortly.
I can't make my mind up about this game of chess, but my thinking is MIN would ultimately like to derail the sale of our product and delay the startup of our plant so that they can use our product to feed their plant. How that turns out is anyone's guess.
