That Haul road that they sold half, Wouldn't that be a toll road with ongoing revenue if they did in fact hold onto it, ?
From what I could gather they had only intended to sell off half of it, with no further intentions made apparent to sell the whole thing.
So if it is a Toll road, there is also going to be a return on that investment to the company.
