I suggest when IO seems to be steadily increasing. It might be depressed for a month or 3. China wants it low right now. Just wait until they start to get through their stockpiles. Ideally this will coincide with investor Onslow production as a nice coincidence. Wait too long and you'll miss the run up but, and then you'll have to wait for the next cycle.
