Correct. They were opening gaps which is an indicator of the extreme bearishness in the 3 gap down pattern. I don't think it invalidates the pattern if one or two close intra day.
Anyway, lots of indicators already showing extreme bearishness. Will have to be nippy trying to catch this reversal. A few failed attempts last couple of days. Bought just before close for an early parcel sale tomorrow morning. A decent jump on open won't cause issues with an opening gap due to yesterday's long upper wick. Could even be an early buy and hold all day.
