IMO I dont think MIN have any special plans for EGO , they are a billion dollar company and just have taken a rain-check on EGO and stuffed it in their drawer for a potential bargain sale takeover. They'll probably end up offering 0.45 or 0.5 cents to shareholders and we end up taking the offer.
