The directors appear to have accepted the bid from MIN, I had hoped they would wait until the end of day or atleast market open. At the 30th of June 2009 the directors/key management owened 5,488,508 shares, MIN's holding increased by 4,496,197; so it may not have been them; or perhaps the number of shares they held was reduced after the 30th of June. The other alternative is that it is ANZ Nominees and a few others.
We will have to wait and see as that is all the infomation I can get at the moment!
