The problem with your argument is that you are assuming MIN sees the deal as unfair. Only BDO, an accounting firm with only bookkeeping mining experience and no "at the coalface" experience, sees it as unfair. MIN with years of experience in the industry sees way beyond the simple sum of the parts debits and credits, and likely, like Bill, sees a deal that will deliver great rewards to both ESS and DEV shareholders.
