I just hope a few of them grow a pair and vote no to the offer.

But then again some of these guys got gifted shares by the board.

They understand the need for gas in China better than we do and the supply and demand domestically better than most analysts.

Going from coal fired hearths to gas why would you even consixer the former once you can get gas heating.
