Lots to gained from this announcement.
MIN are willing to trade away some of their own shares to get a hold of a significant natural gas reserves.
Why ?
Hazer. Thats why.
This is not a natural gas play in my mind by an attempt to secure the largest onshore supply of natural gas found in the last 4 decades.
We speculate a plenty here but one of the highest probabilities has to be that MIN is supremely confident that Hazer will commercially viable and they are willing to sacrifice there own equity to secure a significant supply.
The burning question in my mind is why have MIN not undertaken a similar offer to HZR ?
