It say FY financial year 2015 ie after June but those who follow this story know there is a take or pay agreement in place that means after all permits etc have been obtained by IOH min res has to be mining or pay IOH as if they were within 6 months , so IOH has said all permits are in place so cash flow , mining or take or pay should start in about 6 months
