Competitive tension would probably be a good thing, but I'd rather deal with MRL than risk it with AQA or some Chinese trojan horse as has been observed in other deals/projects that went completely sour.
Anyway, remains to be seen what partner IOH can bring on board. In any case the depth looks a healthy 2:1 buyers to sellers at the moment and hopefully a few hungry buyers off-screen will see the SP continue to creep north but that 90c range seems to have us in her spell for now.
