Its makes a whole lot of sense if MIN makes a paper takeover of IOH , Iron ore prices will drift lower over the coming years , with the royalty payable to IOH with every tonne mined Iron Valley will become unviable at a higher iron ore price than if it was all under MIN .
IOH shareholders get the benefit of stable earnings and both sets of shareholders get more profit out of Iron Valley . i wouldnt mind some MIN paper hope Stokes doesnt either.
Then there is Bucklands same as above plus also we know MIN has the financial capacity to take it on from the mining through to the port.
All in all its agood marriage of resources with mining crushing hauling shipping .
