that is a good point youre making about WE3 test results...there were no material boundary conditions identified in the testing, so the faults do not compartmentalise the Kingia reservoir.

The next test will be the Wagina in SE1...it will be interesting to see what that yields for stx...I maintain we have significant oil potential in the wagina/dongara at LD/NED...assuming the permeability is there we could have a very sizeable field. Im hoping the company publishes a basal wagina structure contour map after the latest seismic so we can get a sense of the potential.

The map youve posted was a WGO plan, which is not entirely corroborated by the EP469 operator. Below is the stx version...the brown line following the 4660 contour is STX's current interpretation of the base of the gas column. So they're saying the Kingia is in water below that depth. So anything green on the below map they are saying is water wet..@OldGeo prepared a cross section which showed the two interpretations. Of note is that none of the 6 intersections of the Kingia and HCS in this part of the basin so far, have directly intersected a gas water contact. The GWC is "inferred" from analogous intersections (to the west) and pressure data.

Nevertheless, the stx interp puts a question mark on the extent of Lead E - hopefully the ringneck survey will shed some more light on it for us.
