Some questions that I pose re MIN TO possibility.
1/ Could they really do this when there is legal proceedings at play? Would this not be quite illegal?
2/ If they were to Low ball it then would they not be shooting not just their foot, but knee capping themselves? Instead of having supply for their intended processing, would they not be inviting a bidding war with China, ALB and whoever rose from the shadows.
