MIN To Acquire NWE CommSec
Not surprising that the PB consolidation is continuingAnd MIN is the natural acquirer of NWE unless some others like Hancock wants to buy into more minority interests. This deal is good for both, esp MIN which I do hold.
I still hold the firm believe that it's only a matter of time before STX becomes a target. Makes little sense for so many players in one basin.
